Code of Conduct Policy

Standards as a Service Provider:

As a service provider, ManagedLab Services’ fundamental expectations regarding our activities for our team members providing services and our corporate environment code of conduct ensures we run our business in an ethical manner consistent with accepted accounting principles.

Compliance with Laws:

ManagedLab Services fully complies with all applicable national and/or local laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to labor, immigration, health & safety, and the environment.

Voluntary Labor:

All service team members’ labor is voluntary.

Child, forced, bonded, prison, and indentured labor is not tolerated.

Team workers maintain control over their own identity documents.

ManagedLab Services provides team members with rest days and ensure the working hours are consistent with federal, state and local laws and are not excessive.

Freedom of Association:

Team members have the right to form or join informal or formal groups, for the purpose of open communication without concern of intimidation or harassment.

This allows the group to work together towards a common cause or interest.

These groups can be trade unions, workers’ committees, or councils depending on local laws set forth.

Hiring and Employment Process:

ManagedLab Services implements hiring practices that accurately verify team member’s legal right to work in the United States and age prior to employment.

We have the highest respect for cultural differences however, all terms and conditions of employment including, but not limited to, hiring, pay, promotion, termination, and retirement is based on an individual’s ability and willingness to do the work.

Evidence of discrimination or discriminatory behavior in the workplace, of any form will not be tolerated.

Team Member Discipline:

ManagedLab Services expects high quality work from everyone, and expects team members to conduct themselves in a businesslike manner. If discipline is necessary, it may take the form of an oral warning, a written warning, final warning, or termination, at management’s discretion. A negative performance review will count as a written warning.

ManagedLab Services will not utilize physical or mental punishment, including psychological coercion, against our team members, perceived or otherwise.

All team members will be treated with dignity and respect at all times.

Compensation:

ManagedLab Services compensates all team members with wages, overtime premiums for non-exempt status team members, and benefits that meet or exceed federal, state or local legal standards.

Health and Safety:

ManagedLab Services provides workers with a safe and healthy work environment.

We take proactive measures with training to prevent workplace hazards.

Conflict of Interest:

ManagedLab Services does not enter into transactions with our clients that create a conflict of interest.

Gifts and Entertainment:

ManagedLab Services does not offer gifts or entertainment to our clients.

Anti-Corruption:

ManagedLab Services does not tolerate, permit, or engage in bribery, corruption, or unethical practices whether in dealings with public officials, businesses, or individuals in the private sector.

Financial Integrity:

ManagedLab Services keeps accurate record of all matters related to our business in accordance with standard accounting practices such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Reporting Violations:

Violations of ManagedLab Services Standards can be reported confidentially. If you have knowledge that any of these standards are being violated, you are encouraged to report the issue. Your concern will be kept confidential without concern of retribution. Contact methods are listed below:
